Tiffany R. Wright is Supervising Attorney at The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland.  Prior to her current position, Tiffany served as the Assistant General Counsel in Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority’s Office of Legal Affairs.  She has also practiced law as a solo practitioner, representing clients in various areas, including domestic relations, bankruptcy, and in juvenile court as a Guardian ad Litem. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and African American Studies from the University of Virginia where she developed her passion for working as an advocate for families, especially children.

Yan Ling is an IT Project Manager and Scrum Master at the Progressive Corporation, leading multidisciplinary teams in enterprise projects. Prior to that, Yan worked as a web applications programmer for 16 years. Having experienced language immersion as a child immigrant, Yan is passionate about multilingual education. Yan holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science from Case Western Reserve University.

Deborah Stipkovich – Board Treasurer | Climate Risk Team Leader, KeyBank

MS: Taxation, University of Akron

Debbie Stipkovich is a Senior Audit Strategist at KeyBank managing large audits focusing on the Corporate Treasury Department. She has had several roles at KeyBank including over 10 years preparing regulatory submissions and risk assessments on Treasury functions as well as working with banking regulators. She received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from John Carroll University and holds an Ohio CPA license and a CFA Charter.

Tessa has worked in the marketing technology and software space for over 15 years on both the technical and strategic sides of B2B and B2C businesses across medical, retail, manufacturing, CPG, dining and entertainment industries.  She is obsessed with data and measurement and my curiosity for what drives specific outcomes has taken my career from developer to strategist.  She has deep skills in digital marketing, search engine optimization, SEM, social, user experience, product management and application architecture.  She is most often asked to validate if something new will work, get more out of something existing or scale more efficiently to drive growth. Joyce Ng is the Fund Development Manager for Neighborhood Family Practice, a group of community health centers in Cleveland. She has been a part of Cleveland’s non-profit world for 7 years and enjoys connecting with others who care about seeing their communities thrive and working together to achieve that.

Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Joyce first came to the U.S. as an international student in 2010. Having grown up in a multilingual home, Joyce values education that supports multilingual development and cultivates an environment of diverse cultures and perspectives for all to grow in.
